Holiday Joy Box
Due to personalization, there is a 7 Day Turnaround time on ALL boxes! Your order must be submitted at least 7 days before the first day of the delivery week of your choosing.
(Ex. If you choose delivery week December 1st- December 8th; Your order must be submitted by November 24th 11:59pm; 7 days before December 1st)
DELIVERY:
You may choose a delivery week based off the information listed under the "Processing" section (Please read thoroughly)
Deliveries will be done per week, we cannot guarantee what day your delivery will arrive; however we will text you (using your order details phone number) the day/night before your box is scheduled to arrive. All delivers will be completed by 5:30pm on your designated delivery day. We will text you once your box has been delivered!
No Contact Delivery
We will ring/knock on the door and leave the box in an appropriate spot on the porch. Your box will be Wrapped in plastic to protect it for the time being.
*We will not wait around for an answer to the door (This is very similar to ding dong ditch :)
