We’re committed to giving you The Joyful Experience, and that includes being transparent about what to expect from your helium balloons. Here's everything you should know before pickup or delivery:

💛 Handling & Responsibility

We handle every balloon order with great care during preparation, delivery, and pickup.
However, once your balloons leave our hands, we are no longer responsible for any popping, deflation, or damage caused by weather, storage, or handling.

To get the most out of your Joyful Experience, please review the following tips:

  🕒 Float Time

• Standard latex helium balloons typically float for 12–24 hours.

• We treat all latex balloons with Hi-Float to extend their float time — sometimes up to 1 day indoors!

• Foil/Mylar balloons usually float longer — 2 -4 days, depending on size and handling.

⚠️ Important: While we do our best to prepare your balloons for long-lasting float time, we cannot guarantee a specific number of hours or days, as factors like temperature, humidity, and handling can impact performance.

☀️ Outdoor Use

• Helium balloons are sensitive to temperature.

• In hot temperatures, balloons may expand and pop. In cold temps, they may shrink and appear deflated.

• Wind, rain, direct sun, and rough surfaces can also shorten their float life.

💡 If your event is outdoors, we recommend selecting an order time as close to event time as possible for best results.

🏠 Porch Pickup / Holding Balloons at Home

• Planning to leave your balloons outside after pickup? Try to store them indoors in a cool space until your event.

• Avoid leaving them in a hot car or in direct sunlight for long periods — they may pop or deflate early.

• If storing inside, keep them away from ceiling fans, vents, or rough surfaces.​

🎯 Need Balloons to Last Longer?

We recommend:

• Foil or jumbo balloons with longer float times

• Air-filled options that don’t float, but last days or even weeks

• Choose Timing to align your pickup with your event window
