Yard Sign Rentals

1. What are the delivery and pickup times for yard signs?
We deliver yard signs Monday-Saturday between 7 PM and 7 AM. Rentals are for two days unless additional time is purchased.

2. Will I be notified when my yard sign is being delivered?
Yes, we will send a text notification when we are on the way and provide a photo once the setup is complete.

3. Do I need to be present for delivery or pickup?
No, but for safety reasons, please avoid approaching installers until the setup is confirmed as complete. Pets must be secured during delivery and pickup.

4. What if my yard sign gets damaged?
Customers are responsible for any damage or loss during the rental period. Fees for repair or replacement may apply if signs are not returned in their original condition.

5. Do I need to water my yard before installation?
Yes, we require yards to be watered on the day of installation to ensure proper setup. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

6. Can I cancel my yard sign rental?

  • 14+ days before the scheduled date: Full refund or in-house credit.

  • 7-13 days before: 85% refund or in-house credit.

  • 3-6 days before: 50% refund or in-house credit.

  • 0-2 days before: In-house credit only, no refund.

Balloon Decor

1. What should I know about balloon quality and care?
We use high-quality balloons but cannot guarantee performance after setup due to factors like heat, sunlight, or sharp objects. We’ll suggest placement to help mitigate these risks.

2. Can I request specific colors for my balloon decor?
We strive to match colors closely, but exact matches are not guaranteed due to supply chain limitations.

3. Do you handle balloon decor installation?
Yes, our team uses professional materials like monofilament, magnets, and command hooks to secure balloon installations. Please let us know in advance if specialized equipment (e.g., ladders for heights over 13 feet) is required.

4. What is your delivery and setup policy for balloons?
Deliveries occur Fridays after 4 PM and Saturdays. We require a 3-hour delivery window. Shorter windows may incur a $50 fee.

5. What happens if I need to pick up my balloon order?
Customers must arrive at the agreed pickup time. Orders left unattended for over 45 minutes will be left on the porch at the customer’s risk.

6. Are there additional charges for teardown?
Yes, a 2-hour teardown window is included. Reduced teardown windows or pickups after 9 PM or before 7 AM may incur additional fees.

The Joy Bar

1. What is included in The Joy Bar service?
The Joy Bar provides a variety of snacks prepared in a kitchen that may share equipment with allergens. Please communicate any allergy concerns before the event.

2. What are the delivery and setup details for The Joy Bar?
Deliveries occur Fridays after 4 PM and Saturdays. We require a 3-hour delivery window for setup. Shorter windows may incur a $50 fee.

3. Do you offer teardown services for The Joy Bar?
Yes, a 2-hour teardown window is included. Reduced teardown windows or late-night pickups may result in additional fees.

Shared Policies for Balloon Decor and The Joy Bar

1. Are there rush order fees?
Yes, rush fees apply for orders or changes made within 3 days of the event:

  • 3 days prior: 10% fee

  • 2 days prior: 15% fee

  • 1 day prior: 20% fee

  • Same-day: 25% fee

2. What is the cancellation policy for these services?

  • Entertainment bookings: Non-refundable.

  • Balloon decor cancellations:

    • 10+ days prior: Refund, minus 20% administrative fee.

    • Less than 10 days: Non-refundable.

3. What if inclement weather affects my event?
If weather delays setup, customers can opt for a delayed installation or a full refund.

General Business Policies

1. Are your services insured?
Yes, we carry a $1M insurance policy. Additional insured parties can be added to the certificate for a $25 fee.

3. Can I request photos of my setup?
Yes, we can provide photos of completed setups for your records or promotional use.
