Terms Of Service

FOR SERVICES THAT USE STANDS; This service is a partial rental. The stand is a rental the balloons and Signage you keep! 
Your Final invoice will include the delivery, pickup and instillation of this order.  (Those fees are outlined below)

Your Deposit:

If your order price is $212 that is a deposit order. 
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date and time for your event.  I've added sales tax into that, bringing the deposit total to $212.  Booking deposits are non-refundable.
You will also need to choose the appropriate delivery fee above for your township in the “add on section”

After we review the details of your order form below we will send an invoice with all finalized details based off your order form requests and our availability of the products requested. 
 
By booking with deposit, you are agreeing to pay the remaining fee for your custom order as well and install fees that will be added to your invoice. 
****Payment will be due in full 7 days prior to your event date. Late payment will result in the cancellation of your booking.*****

Please note, if you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least 7 days prior to your event date and we will be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations less than 7 days from your event will not be eligible to be rescheduled. Please see our policy for refund cutoff times. (Deposits are not refundable)

Delivery Times : Please note 8:00pm is our latest pickup time. If pickup is needed after 8:00pm it we will pickup the following day. 

All rentals are for up to 4 hrs. Additional time may be added upon request. 

-The time you selected for delivery will be the START time of your 4 hour rental. 
-We require a min of 1 hour of setup time, so we will need access to the event space at least 1 hour before the time you selected time.

EXAMPLE : If you select our 12:00pm time slot that means that we will Arrive and setup the  between 11:00am and 12:00pm. Your 4 hour rental will begin at 12:00pm and we will pickup and begin teardown at 4:00pm


If you need early pickup and your event will not run the full 4 hours,  please let us know below.

Delivery, Pickup & Installation Fees

Orders within 1-30 miles of 46239 zipcode will acquire a $70 flat fee  which includes delivery, pickup, and installation of your order this is a one time fee added on to your total to cover gas, transportation and actual team labor. 

Order outside 30 mile radius will be assessed on as needed bases. 

*Some exclusion apply, we will communicate with you if your order requires something different.

Frequently asked questions about Balloon Joy

1. Is assembly and on-site installation included?
No, our per foot price fee covers supplies and fees,  orders will incurs a flat deliver/pickup/installation fee of $160 (unless they are outside a 30 mile radius from 46239 or other wise communicated )

2. What is the difference between the Standard, and JoyFULL Balloon Garland?
The Standard Garland (Starting at $19 per foot) includes 11 and 16 inch balloons. Latex balloons only.  The JoyFULL Garland (Starting at $22 per foot) includes chrome, prints or foil balloon embellishments. 

3. Is there anywhere we can't add balloons? 
We typically use command hooks for most of our garland installations. They are a straightforward option and won't cause any damage to your walls as long as you remove them correctly by pulling the tab rather than yanking them off. However, it's important to note that they might not adhere well to surfaces like stone or porous brick. In such situations, we can explore alternative methods, such as attaching the garland to pillars or light fixtures or utilizing ceiling magnets. If you have any uncertainty about how to set up your garland, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly or share a picture of your desired location, and we'll provide you with tailored guidance.

4. Will garlands work outside?
They sure will! Of course balloons don't last as long in summer heat as they do inside, and strong winds can still be problematic, but garlands can be a great outdoor decoration. Just make sure we have something to rig to, like a fence, porch or trellis. If you have nasty weather or high winds on the day of your event and need to move inside, we don't mind. Just let us know on the day of the event and we'll help you find a great spot inside to set up your garland.
